We guide you in your yoga practice to achieve balance between strength, flexibility and mindfulness, while maintaining respect and honouring origins and traditions of yoga.

Yoga practice in Anahata
Different systems of yoga have techniques and practices ranging from physical postures (asanas), to the deepest stages of meditation.
In Anahata we are teaching Hatha Yoga. It is a physical and psychological discipline that combines the learning and practice of postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation/meditation.
The postures range from the basic to the complex, from the easily accomplished to the very challenging.
Relaxation and awareness are key to the practice and enable lasting benefits.

INFO & TIPS
- Classes run for 60 to 75 minutes
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts
- Loose comfortable clothing should be worn, as well and some warm layers for the relaxation at the end of the class
- We provide mats & props for all classes
- Highlighted (coloured) classes are not included in Anahata's Monthly Yoga Pass.
