Through our classes you learn how to connect movement of the body and breath to restore the balance in all layers of your being.
We guide you in your yoga practice to achieve balance between strength, flexibility and mindfulness, while maintaining respect and honouring origins and traditions of yoga.

Yoga practice in Anahata
Different systems of yoga have techniques and practices ranging from physical postures (asanas), to the deepest stages of meditation.
In Anahata we are teaching Hatha Yoga. It is a physical and psychological discipline that combines the learning and practice of postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation/meditation.
The postures range from the basic to the complex, from the easily accomplished to the very challenging.
Relaxation and awareness are key to the practice and enable lasting benefits.
