Ann is an accredited Mindfulness Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Trainer. She is passionate about Mind-Body Health & Wellness and in addition to 500hr Mindfulness Yoga Teacher training from the renowned Bodhiyoga centre in Spain.
Ann is a psychotherapist and Mind-Body Health & Wellness coach and author. Ann qualified in Mind-Body Health training in Boston with Harvard Uni. lecturer Dr Alice Domar and in Mindfulness Teacher Training with Bangor University, Wales.
Mindfulness Yoga is an integrated form of yoga that combines Hatha asanas with Vinyasa flow and the practice of Mindfulness meditation. Vinyasa and Hatha yoga both support strength, flexibility and breath awareness. Mindfulness meditation invites mores stillness and spaciousness into our mind and body energy. It also increases self-awareness and compassion. Overall the combination of Hatha asanas, Vinyasa flow and Mindfulness meditation supports the whole individual; for mind-body embodiment and emotional balance.
