Rachel is a Bray local passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga, movement, mindfulness and massage. Her interest in movement and the human body began at an early age with gymnastics and dance. In later years, after post-run stretches evolved into lengthy sessions of stretching, breathing and mindfulness she soon discovered yoga. She have explored many styles of yoga in Australia, India, and Europe.
In 2014, she travelled to India to train and qualified as a yoga teacher with Samyak Yoga. Rachel is an accredited teacher with the International Yoga Alliance (RYT200). Over the years she gained teaching experience in yoga and previously, salsa dance and dance acrobatics.
She was drawn most to yoga as she get most passionate about introducing people to activities that help them feel happier and healthier. Drawn to the opportunity to understand the human body better she trained as a massage therapist. Rachel loves sharing her time to help people de-stress as they navigate their lives in this busy world.
